Do I need to provide proof of purchase to make a warranty claim?
Yes, proof of purchase is required. Warranty claims submitted without a copy of the original sales receipt or valid proof of purchase will be at our sole discretion.
What is not covered by the basketball warranty?
For any damage or defect caused by the following reasons, we will not bear any responsibility or obligation, and the warranty will be void:
Negligence, abuse
Any modifications made to the product.
What might happen to me after I file a warranty claim?
If a claim for defective materials or workmanship is made during the warranty period, we will replace the product free of charge.
How long does it take to make a warranty claim?
Our goal is to reply to all submitted warranty claims within 2-3 working days, and send out any approved warranty claims within 3-5 working days after the claim is approved.
